God is for us !

The real war is not on the outside, it's on the inside. When you can fight and overcome the lusts and demands of the flesh, when you can turn to God instead of your habits and find pleasure, peace, and solace in the things of the spirits, when you master yourself, you will have the power to change your life and the world around you. I don't know who I'm speaking to... But you need to get mind back in order in Christ or it's going to lead you to a path of destruction. Romans 8:5-8 speaks about the mind and those who govern by the flesh and the Spirit.ฺ ฺ There are some of you who are battling day and night with something that's eating you alive. Maybe it's lying, stealing, cheating, impurity, witchcraft, envy, fornication, sexual immorality, perversion, homosexuality, adultery, pornography, masturbation, lust, idolatry, fits of rage, hatred, jealousy, drunkenness, drugs, profanity, etc.. You know those things do not please God because they are not the Spirits of God nor the desires of God but the cravings you feel inside pushes you to give in.ฺ ฺ The reason why some of us have such a hard time living in accordance to the Spirit is because we're spending less time in the Word and prayer. Our flesh becomes weak, opening doors for the enemy to play with your mind, reminding you of your past mistakes and sins-- you then begin feeding off those thoughts until they enter your heart and then become reality in your actions. As a people we focus so much on the outside. Nowadays everything is about shouting and praise and not enough emphasis on prayer and spending time in the Word to feed your Spirit.ฺ ฺ Why go back to what you used to do. Why go back to where you used stay. For you did receive a spirit that makes you a slave to whatever God delivered you from. There is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus! You are not controlled by the sinful nature! You are not your past sins and you are not your mistakes, that has been nailed to the cross! Get into prayer, get into fasting, get into your Word until that thing is broken. God is for you, you are more than a conqueror.
